Can'y update my Lightburn

I received my Lightburn when I bought my Aeon Myra7, I went to use my Lightburn & a window popped up saying I need to renew & update. I entered my e-mail & password & it don’t recognize them. I tried forgot password & it don’t recognize my e-mail. Can someone pleas help.
