I went through the wizard with tag tracking multiple times. When I update my overlay, I only get a portion of the bed.
“tag tracking” is only for calibrating/compensating for your lens, a camera alignment must always be done afterwards.
One time should be enough.
As Bernd mentioned, you need to perform a new Camera Alignment after calibrating the lens.
The model with the least distortion is the fisheye. (My camera is a fisheye) but the error rate is 247.678
That sounds like a high number, but I’m not exactly sure, what it represents.
Try going back one step and taking more sample pictures with the calibration card in different positions.
Then, try the “Extended Camera” model here.
It also works well on fisheye lenses.

I have the 1laser XRF . It’s a fish eye camera.
