Center line of text

I have text that i gave set to line. But the text has the inner and outer path. Is there a way to trace just the center? Not offset fill.
Issue i am having is even if i shrink those lines down. It is still burning bith sides of the path. I want a thinner line.
I guess something like how sketch trace can put a path down the center of a line image.

Most fonts do not have a ‘single stroke’ path. You will have to hunt down some fonts especially for that application.

You wouldn’t want your printer to print the finest lines it could print. It would be very difficult to read.

Good luck…

If you find some, please post the link, they are difficult to come by…

Interesting.
Yah. I am trying to print size 5 text and it is making it so thick you cant read it. If it is an image it is fine.
I guess a work around would be to save the text as an image.

Before dealing with vectors and lasers i would just download a text for normal aplications. Printer doesnt print as outer lines. It prints as image.
