Ceramic portrait engraving

I’m trying to do a portrait on ceramic as a gift. It keeps coming out distorted and grainy no matter how I set it up. I am by all rights a newbie and don’t know much at all but I would really love to get this done this week. I have the latitool F50. Also have lasergrbl and of course lightburn. Been trying in lightburn. I know I’m doing something wrong just can’t get it pinned so any help would be great

Engraving on Tiles

Hi everyone ! hope I can get some advice. I’m using LightBurn software with Neje Master 2S with N46030, 30watt engraver. I’m trying to do engraving on Tiles and appreciate if anyone can recommend settings on LightBurn. From what I see in Youtube there are different recommendations for different engraver. Appreciate and suggestions etc. Thank you.
