Ortur Laser Master 2 20w. I am a new user for the last 4 months. I do some type of burn almost everyday. A lot of the wood burning I do I set my laser at 100% power. (Now watching you tubes I see that no one else is doing this.) When I got my laser I was interested in burning painted tiles. It took forever using test patterns to get the right settings, but yes one great day it happened and my tiles looked great! I moved on to trying other things and now wanted to try some more tiles. Using the same settings I did a tile and it turned out black. (nothing happened). So I set up some more test pattern tiles and I can’t get useable results back. I have also noticed that my focus went from .50 to .75 to see the laser to focus. I did take out the lens and clean it. Now I can see the laser at .50 again. so that helped. But my tile burning is still crap.
Sorry to be so long winded, but can anyone help or have any ideas?
