Changing file extension for G code to .nc

Trying to save the G code file to ,nc but the software will not allow me to change the default .gcode extension

If you write (xxxxx) .nc normally it is accepted.

Are you using the save gcode button in the laser window?

No. That button does not show up in the laser window. I have to use the pull down from the top.

You might well be in ‘Beginner Mode’

I have the button now, thanks for that. When I go to save the file I still can’t select the extension.
