I have been using LB on my computer and on my laptop. I have change at the same time laptop and computer. I “free” the license on the old laptop and put it on the new one, but the main computer says “too many times” or something similar.
There may be a delay in sending/receiving the license information for each computer. Either, probably best to login to the license portal online and manage the license from there.
You can choose to deactivate the license from whatever computers you like on that site. Once you do that you should be able to activate on the new computer.
