Changing stock dimensions

Documentation says Project Stock Dimensions can be updated from CNC Tools → Project Setup Edit.
In the latest release, 0.8.00-RC-8 I cannot find the Project Setup Edit menu option under CNC Tools or anywhere else.
Am I missing something?

It’s under the ‘File’ dropdown menu
