Using a chuck rotary I have with my laser, it seams that I have to enter the object’s radius, not the diameter to get the graphic to engrave the correct size.

Example:
Bottle: 70mm Diameter. If I enter that, the graphic is narrowed.
If I enter it as 35mm, the graphic comes out the correct size.

I do have the rotary enabled and the settings set to “Chuck Rotary”

Double your steps per rotation value. If you only have to enter half the diameter, you have the step count wrong.

Would the step count be the same as the pulse count?

Yes. It’s the equivalent of “Circle Pulse”.
