Sou iniciante em gravação e corte a laser, alguém poderia me ajudar?
Não consigo imprimir um circulo perfeito, no programa as medidas são iguais porém quando imprimi a imagem fica oval, não consigo saber oque está acontecendo.

Se puder coloque uma foto do problema.
Provavelmente também iram ser necessários os settings da maquina, para isso, na janela “console” digite $$ e carregue em “Enter”. Selecione a lista de $ copie e cole aqui para analise dos mais entendidos. (Que não sou eu)

Meu laser é ZBAITU F20 para uma cnc 130w.
Na pré visualização o circulo esta perfeito, no corte e impressão que ficam oval.
Todas as permissões no computador estão ativas, ou seja o programa tem todas as permissões ativadas.
Já esta no modo de compatibilidade com o win8, mas nada até o momento, já troquei lente do laser tudo que poderia sem sucesso.
Vou anexar fotos das configurações e da imagem, se puderem me ajudar ficarei grata!

Do pouco que percebo creio que ainda nao fez qualquer calibração á maquina, certo?
Experimente fazer um quadrado 100 x 100 (por exemplo, muito pequeno é que não), ver se o problema persiste e comparar as medidas do desenho com as medidas da gravação. Com certeza não iram coincidir
Se ainda não fez comece por fazer a calibração dos eixos.
From the little I understand, I don’t think you’ve calibrated the machine yet, right?
Try making a 100 x 100 square (for example, not too small), see if the problem persists and compare the measurements on the drawing with the measurements on the engraving. They definitely won’t match.
If you haven’t already, start by calibrating the axes.
Por fim consegui resolver desinstalando e instalando novamente o programa. Assim voltou tudo ao normal, mas agradeço a atenção!
Na minha opinião, se desinstalar e instalar o novamente apenas o software resolveu o problema era um ajuste ou opção selecionada que estaria a causar o defeito. 
In my opinion, if uninstalling and reinstalling only the software solved the problem, it was a selected setting or option that was causing the defect.
