Clb file not recognizable by lightburn any longer

Lightburn says it doesn’t recognize the clb file. I have lost my libraries and cannot upload from where it was saved.

Did you happen to move the file? Try opening again and selecting the file. Then you can close the one that doesn’t load.

I haven’t touched anything apart from getting more storage for my one drive. I also can,t see my licence shown anywhere anymore.

Thank you, I ended up with Microsoft help. It’s a common problem related to one drive.

Or any other “cloud” storage.

Yes so I found out. Unfortunately it took some time and had I have known that prior to upgrading one drive I would not have done so. Thank you.
