Good morning! I would like to request a change to Lightburn for your consideration. At the moment, whenever I “clip” something within Adobe Illustrator (crop an item with a shape which acts more like a mask), upon saving and importing it into Lightburn, the clipped shape becomes a path, and the image that I want engraved is no longer cropped to the desired shape. It would be lovely if this could be programed to crop the image to the shape rather than its current response. Thank you for your time!
LightBurn does not support the crop/mask features of the AI file format. We do provide our own to use that could help. Image Masking / Cropping - LightBurn Software Documentation
