Closed loop upgrade to TTC6050 working with MKS DLC32 MAX works with RC19 MM

just bought the first copy of Millmage. I have been custom building a high precision upgrade for Two Trees TTC6050, the controller has been replaced with MKS DLC32 MAX 4 axis controller with CL57T V4.0.1 drivers, AMT102-V 1000/4000 encoders, VFD for AC router and 0-160VDC 10A DC spindle controller both with PWM from controller. Additionally we added a CROWDISPLAY 7” Advanced display. The controller now runs FluidNC and display FluidTouch 4.0.2/1.0.4 pre. This upgrade now runs closed loop at much higher resolution than open loop, has DSP and precise current limiting protecting spindles and steppers. MillMage RC-2 through RC 19 work well with this on both AC Router, DC SPindle and X70 laser head (AtomStack). Quite excited to hear they are adding a pro version with v carve and other options. looking forward to beta testing that.

Were almost done now just waiting on 3 parts, upgraded linear bearings, double ball screws and lower bearing. Then will complete final test and calibration. Shortly will have optical TAC setup for precise speed measurement as well as volts, amps for each of the spindles and temperature sensors this is implemented on a 2nd ESP32-C6 4MB, it posts small web to show operational status of overall system. MillMage is quite flexible and rumor has it they have a FluidNC driver. It works without that in Gerber 1.1.H, but would be great to see that for the out of band communication via ESPXXX commands. Great Job Millmage team. J

Major envy here !!!

I just read that the FluidNC is basically a GRBL controller, and there is currently no specific Device Type needed for the FluidNC board.
