CNC 3018 Laser is burning before working

Hi everyone
I have a CNC 3018 laser 15w
When I turn the button on the laser from green to blue, suddenly the laser starts burning before sending the job to engrave and starts burning the wood without moving.
Before it didn’t happen to me and suddenly it doesn’t stop burning
