CO2 50W loosing connection with Lightburn

Hi,
I’m using lightburn with my 50W CO2 laser for weeks without any problem !!
For days now, my laser randomly connect to lightburn (or lightburn randomly see my laser … don’t know !!!)
Without any changes in my system and both with 1.6.03 and 1.7.00 RC11 versions of lightburn !!!

Have you any suggestions I can try to solve the problem ??
I’ve try to change cables, to change ports, to desinstall and reinstall both lightburn’s versions, try to erase my laser in lightburn but find it no more now

Have you tried a different wall outlet, or a different power cable? If you have a UPS, might also help to rule out a power problem.

What kind of controller do you have?

Is it grbl or dsp, usb or Ethernet?

No UPS for me
And have not change de wall outlet or power cable because all works fine most of the time !

The previous owner change the card inside the laser so it can be use with lightburn.

All I see is a monport card. Sorry I’m new in CO2 laser :-/

Can you post a photo of the controller?

If it connected and gave you any control then it’s some kind of error with the usb connection. Have you looked at your os to see if the port is going to sleep?
