CO2 laser power

I have been using a HL1060 100w CO2 laser for over 2 years now and would like to upgrade to a laser that can cut up to 30 mm thick softwood or 20 - 25 mm thick hardwood. Is anyone in the community using a laser to cut timber to the specs above? If so can you give me some info on make / model / CO2 tube size .
Thank you in advance.

Not an expert in CO2 but you are already at the high range of power, 130W seems to be what you have left aboveyour current 100W (which after 2 years might have some degradation)

also i would think even if you could get the 130w, assuming your current tube is ok, you wont gain much speed or cut power for 25-30mm.
What type of lens setup are you running at the moment?

The machine takes a 20mm dia lens. I use 2 lenses, The one I use the most has a 50.8 mm focal length. I use one with a 101.6 mm focal length for cutting thicker timber. The longer focal length does not cut any deeper than the shorter focal length but it does give me less undercut so the cut is almost 90 degrees to the face.
