That’s a welcome message after connecting to the controller. What this means is that prior to this your laser has disconnected. You’re getting the welcome message at reconnection.
There are a wide variety of reasons why your laser could be disconnecting. I suggest doing a search on this forum for causes and remedies as this is one of the most common issues and fairly well covered.
