Color palette disappearing

Ive search and attempted all the listed fixed for the color palette disappearing but it is still not fixing my concern. in full screen mode i see it but in normal screeen mode it is gone.

It’s simply hiding behind the windows task bar. In normal screen mode, grab the top of the screen and make the window shorter, then drag the whole thing up higher to expose the color palette that’s hiding behind the task bar.

Thats the thing. I cant resize the screen. it won’t allow me. It only allows me
to size it side to side.

Every time i try to drag screen down it pops right back to its original place

Move palette to the side.

Nope. it doesnt allow me to move it. Ive downloaded lightburn onto my other macbook and have no issue.

Sorry, didn’t see you were running Mac. That’s unfortunately outside my wheelhouse. But, I do have the question that if everything shows up fine when in maximized mode, why you don’t just maximize the window, as that resolves the display issue? I’d also ask if you’ve tried Resetting the interface to defaults by holding down the Shift key while starting LightBurn to see if that resolves it?

Thanks for all the advice. I was able to fix the concern with the videos help, somewhat.
For mac users.
-System Preferences
-Display
-Select scaled
On my laptop, I changed the display resolution from default 1280x800 to 1440x900.
It works fine now. I can see all the settings.
