Hi Guys! As you may remember, I teach Lightburn to a hundred+ retirees in our maker group. Recently as I was doing Zoom presentations, I started getting the question “Hey! How did you get the numbers in your color pallette?” My reply was “Upgrade to 0.9.16.” A number of people who upgraded to 0.9.16 do not have numbers showing in their color pallette. (Users are mostly Windows users). After perusing the forum and new documentation, I discovered I don’t have T0 and T1 showing as well per the new doc. The numbers are an awesome feature. I would like to sort out what is causing the issue. This is unrelated to the laser and it varies for folks designing without being connected to the laser. Any clues for me? Here is my base environment…

Correct, we have not released the version that has ‘Tool Layers’, but it is close. Release candidate testing of our latest beta, so…soon-ish. Sharp eye, that you see it in our documentation. We got caught being a tad ahead of our selves…
Added tool layers (never output, used for labels, alignment, text on path, etc)
I perused the settings but just missed the toggle. Thanks! I am running a class in about 30 minutes and will start passing that along. Just FYI, I always show people how to utilize the show/hide and Output buttons to add key layout, alignment, and notes to self to a model. FWIW Men are more likely to be colorblind than women (8% of males vs 0.4% females per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_blindness). A good enhancement might be to allow folks to set the color swatches.
