Yeah, the air assist attachment. If it’s cross threaded or otherwise crooked so the hole in the bottom of it is not in line with your laser you’ll have problems.
The air assist cap is not on crooked. It almost appears the lens in the air assist cap works as a functional part with this non-removable lens underneath. Do you think it’d be smart to try burning without this air assist cap on?
It won’t hurt anything to try it.

In the process of emailing Comgrow to get a replacement unit, wish me luck! :DD Must be either the laser unit or the power supply is my guess.
UPDATE: After some back and forth emailing with Comgrow’s support team, they are mailing me a replacement “laser unit” for FREE! :DD
