I am experiencing an issue where I can not open files. I have removed Lightburn and reinstalled no change. I am wondering how to root out all the files that Lightburn creates that are not removed by the uninstaller it seems as if there is some damaged file that persist.

What do you mean by “can not open files”? Can you give more detail?
Your preferences aren’t removed when you uninstall LightBurn, but that should be all. When was the last time you rebooted your computer?
No worries, I found the files and deleted them. Was then able to reinstall and open files again!
