Are you hand keying the key? I’d suggest copy/pasting the key from the email that was sent.

Are you directly copying from the email sent from LightBurn? It should be in all capital letters and contain dashes.
Also, did you purchase the license directly from official LightBurn site?

já tentei com maiusculas,minusculas,tentei de todas as formas e nada
e sim,comprei do site oficial
Please directly copy directly from the email. Try pasting into Notepad or other text only application. Make sure no extra characters are being introduced, especially at the beginning or end.
Is it always the same error message?

Are you running any firewall software? If so, disable it.
If not, can you locate the file “C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts” and upload the file here? You may need to copy the file to a temporary location and add a .txt extension for that to work.
o arquivo eu encontrei,porém não consigo fazer upload e não sei como adicionar uma extensao .txt

Using File Explorer, copy the file to a location where you have permission. Right-click the file and do “rename”. Add .txt extension, then enter.

Okay. That confirms it.
If you had earlier installed an unofficial version of LightBurn it can make changes to your system including changes to this file.
hosts_fixed.txt (829 Bytes)
Replace the hosts file with this one. Rename to just “hosts”.
Then retry the key activation.
Also, you may want to do a thorough virus/malware scan on your computer as you’re likely now compromised.
