Computer crashed, need Keycode for lightburn, to install on my new computer. I can NOT retrieve my old emails, so, I don’t have access to my “Key” for the lightburn software. Can someone help, please?
I can’t give you your key through the forum, but I can see that you have an expired licence under the Comcast email address that you used to sign up on the forum.
Email support@lightburnsoftware.com from your Comcast address and ask for key retrieval.
You should be able to get up and running on the new computer with the last paid version that was available to you. This does not expire.
Please include a link to this thread on the forum so we can make this as smooth as possible.
If you have a more current licence or email address feel free to email Support from that address instead.
