Concentric circles cut in LB vs LaserGRBL

I drew 2 circles in LB as below:


outside circle has diameter = 32mm
inside circle has diameter = 14mm

And then laser cut at polywood as below result:


outside circle has a slightly bigger diameter = 32.15mm (measured at Y-axis) and 32.70mm (measured at X-axis)
inside circle has a smaller diameter = 12.75mm (measured at Y-axis) and 13.22mm (measured at X-axis)

So it’s no use to do “Calibrate Axis”.
I thought I probably need to do some hardware tuning.
But after asking machine vendor for advise, I did following to find out problems:
1.Export LB file to a svg file, and then open it with LaserGRBL.
2.Do laser cut in LaserGRBL.
This time I got almost perfect concentric circles with 31.86mm and 13.94mm. It seems that hardware is not the problem.
So I save gcode in LaserGRBL and LB for comparison:

All I know is that gcode in LaserGRBL is quite short. But stlil, I don’t know how to correct the problem in LB. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Do you have a kerf offset applied in the layer setting in LightBurn? That would not affect an exported SVG, but would affect the generated GCode.

The bounds written to the GCode file suggest that you have an outward kerf of 0.43mm applied:

; Bounds: X-0.43 Y-0.43 to X32.43 Y32.43

That If your circle was truly 32mm, that would be X0.0 Y0.0 to X32.0 Y32.0

I did have a kerf offset in the layer = 0.43mm.
After setting it to 0 I finally got perfect concentric circles cut. lol
