I can’t adjust my laser. It is Gweike G2 pro 30w. I give it the measurements, but when I place it on the worktop of the laser, it is much larger.

After performing a Galvo Lens Calibration, you may also need to adjust the X and Y scale for accurate dimensions:
- Engrave a square of 100x100mm
- Open the Device Settings.
- Click on the three dots next to Scale:
- Measure the engraving and enter the measured value.

My advice is to start simple and go from there.

I want to do auto switch engraving and plastic like in the Instagram link.
They are first cleaned and painted with nitro paint and matte varnish, and then the symbols are engraved. Can LightBurn do it with the Gweike G2 30w PRO 150*150 laser can it engrave?
A Fiber laser like yours does work for dark plastics like the one on these auto parts.
Depending on the material and settings used, you may even be able to get a bright engraving like that. ABS is known to turn bright.
Some other plastics tend to just melt and leave more of a glossy finish on the burn mark.
Be careful with plastics that release toxic gases when burnt, like PVC.
In the video, you can see black smoke. Make sure, you have adequate fume extraction set up.

To create your designs and place them on the parts, you could use a combination of the Design Tools The Trace Function and Using a Camera.
If you only want to engrave single designs on some parts, you will be better off just using the Galvo Framing feature to align the engravings one by one.
