Thanks for sharing this @baricl1317 it could be fun and useful.

I do feel obliged to remind everyone that LightBurn can already connect fonts with the “welded” function.

which can be toggled on the text toolbar.

Some good and useful fonts there. These are great when you need all your text to cut out as a solid piece.

On a quick look, I suspect you will need to “weld” quite a lot of them as well to get rid of the overlaps in some of them.

That’s not been my experience. I installed a few of them and when used in lightburn I don’t see any overlaps and no welding is required. Here’s ones i have installed without any issues. But i havent tried all of them. The rottweiler is a nice one Sometimes the first capital letter doesnt weld but that may be by design and that would be easy to fix. . Either way i still find them useful.

That’s interesting. I tend to do my design work in inkscape.

When I bring those over I do have to do the weld (either in inkscape or lightburn).

Do you still have to drag the dot for the “I” down so it welds with the rest of the text?
