I have recently bought a (chinese copy of) Redsail x700 and cannot link it to lightburn. I have tried auto search function and manual and neither seem to find mqchine. Any ideas? I am pretty tech useless just warn you now…
Thank you for this post. You most likely will need to install the FTDI driver on the last page of the installation for the Windows version covered here, in our documentation.

No, you do not need to uninstall. Just run the LightBurn installation again, advancing until the last page, tick the box for installing the driver, then OK to install the driver.
