Hi, I have an Atomstak X7 pro 50w but I’m having trouble connecting it to the Lightburn. Since I did everything I could find as information and it didn’t work I was advised to reinstall the computer. And I did everything again, but it doesn’t work. And with the laserGRBL program there is no problem, it connects and works perfectly.
I am asking for help and assistance.

I think you have a licensing issue, I would contact tech support.
