Connecting to SnapMaker A350 from MacOS Sonoma

I can’t get Lightburn to recognize my SnapMaker A350 connected over a USB serial connection. I’ve read this post (Windows only), and this post (targeted toward an older OS version), but I can’t find any actionable advice in any of them. Has anyone had luck with this?

I’m running Lightburn to an A350 on an M1 MBP. The Apple USB adaptor worked fine, but 2 of the 3 USB ports on my Satechi adaptor didn’t work. Luckily the third one did.

For MAC OS, I started here.

Update, I made a macro called,
HOME & CROSSHAIR ON :
G28
M2002 T3 P1

the first one will stop hangups and go home and the second line turns the cross-hair on.
Macro 2 is M2002 T3 P0 - cross-hair off.
I am using a S2 350 with 40W (Enclosure door turned off for Lightburn)

I’m also on 1.4.05.

I haven’t set up my cross hair offsets yet.
