Connecting Vevor G3 to Lightburn

Trying to help a friend connect his Vevor G3 to his laptop, via the supplied USB cable, with LB installed. Have gone through “Add Device” routine and after a short time comes back with a blank list of devices to select. I tried manually adding but Vevor isn’t on the list so selected GRBL. Still no response when actuating Move commands and no commands showing on the console. Please advise.

Did you “save” the newly ceated Device? You should be able to create a Test Dummy device manually and save it, even without a laser connected. Then it will show in the list. That is what people do when waiting for their laser to arrive.
