Connection issue with ComGrow using Macbook

New User, keep getting “waiting for connection or port is busy” error. I am connected with USB. Ran through all the trouble shooting sent to me from ComGrow with no success. I think I need step by step live instruction? Screenshots in comments.

Try enabling “Enable DTR Signal” in Edit->Device Settings.
