I have a brand new OLM3
I run Windows 8.1 64bit and Lightburn will not find my laser
Ortur directed me to a site to find / install drivers. However, this failed. the options I was presented with did not match those Ortur showed in a PDF file they sent.
Does anyone have any help with this? PLEASE! Thanks

Cheers Colin - I have already been there - The Ortur LM3 isnt being picked up and displayed as an option to connect to. I was wondering if it because I am on windows 8.1
The drivers they likely pointed to are the CH340 drivers, available here: CH340 Drivers for Windows, Mac and Linux
Personally I had some issues out of the box doing USB connections with my LM3, but once I set up WiFi sending (as per the video above) I never looked back, and the LM3 has been awesome since.
Thanks Colin I tried a more modern pc and no trouble now. However it is cutting circles as an ellipse?
Any clues?
This could be a result of a loose belt - please confirm your belts are sufficiently tightened.
Could you attach a photo of the result? Which axis appears to be compressed, x or y?
Sorry Colin I had to go away for a while… I will get back soon after checking the belt situation. . Images are spot on though if that is anything to go by? Cheers for the help.
