Hi folks, I’m having issues getting the software to connect to our machine, I’ve been trying to use USB the entire time, I’ve reinstalled the software, and gotten every drive I can, but I’m not sure about being able to use ethernet as an option I simply can’t find where I’d plug that in.
Full disclosure I’m not sure what I’m doing honestly, I’m woefully inexperienced and am unsure where to proceed from here! I’m open to any help, thanks!
Did you install the “FTDI serial driver” when you installed LightBurn?
Can you take a picture of your control panel, any visible breakout ports, and the controller itself? Your controller will have an ethernet port on it but it’s generally extended to a more accessible breakout port.
