it seems like its a cache issue? as it will burn a simple (small) shape but anything more drops off

I haven’t heard of the model called “a new laser” before. Does it have a name?

Are you getting an alarm or error, or just ‘connection lost’ ?

lol “Atomstack A5”
http://atomstack3d.com/atomstacka5

no alarm, the head just stops and the console states "connection lost.

update,
when i loaded the device today i get:
error:7

EEPROM read failed. Reset and restored to default values.

okay, so i dont know what i set but its all working good now.
im still getting error 7 "homing not set, but the head still returns so no issue for me.
