Console Not Connecting

HELP! I also know I saw some information regarding my issue, so if you are familiar please just tag me in it but, I purchased the COMGO z1 engraver for my MAC computer. I have it installed, and when I hook it up, the laser says “Ready” but when I hit start, the console piece of it says “Waiting for connection”

I searched and found other users had issue with the CH340 driver, but I am not sure if that is even installed correctly? I used the flash drive that came with the engraver and when I go into the download folder on my computer, it states that it was processed correctly.

anything else I am missing? HELP! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This program in my house is not connected to laser in garage but says ready on com1. I would make sure you try each port in dropdown.

Any idea of why that is?

Have you tried to connect with all com ports?
