Hi, I’ve asked this question before.

However, even after downloading https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe or https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe, I still can’t successfully open Lightburn, and my computer is still Windows 10.
I opened the event viewer at 2 pm, and only when I operated at 10:30 am did a red error message appear.

I reinstalled it but it didn’t help, what should I do?

This time I asked for a friend, and found that my friend and I were missing different codes. I was missing MSVCP140.dll, and my friend was missing MSVCP100.dll.
