I am doing some tests after I had some issues lately, not sure yet if it is the tube or power supply. Basically, the minimum power for the laser to trigger changed from the 10% to 15% and I couldn’t engrave vertical thin lines unless I go high power.
-80W Chinese Laser , Ruida & Lightburn
-water clean, mirrors cleaned and aligned
-ramp test done for focus
Now my question, is it normal for that depth/power difference between continuos engraving and the discontinued one (as seen on the vertical lines)?!
