Is there a way to control minimun power in ligthburn? as max power is controlled

No, your lasers do not support this. For using minimum and maximum power, you need a Ruida controller. grbl-Controllers calculate the minimum power value based on the speed profile when using dynamic power mode (M4).

I do think MIN power is an option for Grayscale images.
Yes, but that’s entirely different. It has the same name, but means a different thing. So people often confuse it. In this case, it is just an image tuning value, nothing else.
