I also use Corel for design work. When using the power clip function in corel, then saving as an .AI file to open in lightburn the background of the images powerclipped appear on the screen. What am I doing wrong?

I’m not familiar with PowerClip, but I’m going to guess that it creates a mask which LightBurn doesn’t support yet. If you can email me one of these files I can have a look and see what would be involved in supporting them.
If you export the clipped image to a PNG and bring that into LightBurn, it should work properly.

What email address and what file type would you like? The AI file?
Yes, the AI file, and send to developer at lightburnsoftware dot com, with a description of the issue so I know what it’s in reference to.
