I have an omtech c02 laser cutter and its started making dents along the side of cuts (I can feel they are dents) Any idea why it is suddenly doing this?
I don’t know if its connected but some edges are also being cut on a / angle.
Not a plastics engineer, but that looks like there is a middle layer with different melt characteristics. You told us nothing about the material.
