I have a grbl laser. (sculpfun s30 pro max laser engraving machine).
Sometimes when I send a command to the machine it goes wrong and starts an unpredictable command instead. Lightburn software shows:
Grbl 1.1h [‘$’ for help]
please help me out

Can you be more specific?
Do you have question mark symbols in the console? Then your USB connection is bad and it is losing commands. Check these guides to set the laser up correctly:

By the way I went through your instructions but it happens regularly
It happens when the job starts in “current position” mode.
The laser quickly goes somewhere around and starts even with wrong power and speed.
