Creality 10w Laser on Ender 3

Hi, completely new to laser engraving. I have the hobby Creality 10w laser kit running on my Ender 3 3d printer. It works pretty good. However, I am having some issues with the circles. I have been through a few videos that show how to ‘calibrate’ the x/y axis, which I have done. I have also tried different speeds. Attached is a photo of my issue. Any suggestions ?

Given one picture and four words, I think @JimNM has nailed it. This test pattern helps identify mechanical problems: GrundTest.lbrn2 Scale it to fit the platform and run it as fast as it will go in Line mode with optimizations turned off and power set to mark a sheet of cardboard. Any differences from the design will be informative. Upload good photos of the result so we can look over your shoulder.

When I open that file in Lightburn, it’s a blank sheet?

Not sure if this helps, but here is a dot test that I did with it as well:

If you click the zoom to frame you see the file.

But as you see in the Dot test you have mechanical issues in your laser.
