Creality Falcon 2 40W laser, Creality Rotary Pro and Lightburn not working together

I have Creality Falcon2 40W, Creality Rotary Kit Pro and Lightburn 2.0.05. I am unable to get the “mm per rotation” to affect the the rotary chuck at all. No matter what value I put there, 40, 360 or even 1000 the rotary tool does the same thing every time I start a job. It spins at least 5 times EVERYTIME. If I try to engrave a rectangle the height of the water bottle’s circumference it should make just one complete rotation. Instead it turns 5 rotations, the rectangle is engraved but like I said, the chuck spins 5 times. Again, no mater what value I put in the “mm per rotation” the same thing happens. Please Help!

See if these links help. Go slowly and read carefully. If it is still not cooperating, let us know.

Change $101 to result of 3200 / circumference of workpiece (mm). Each circumference requires its own $101 calculation. When finished with rotary device change $101 back to 80 for “normal” work,

Thank you again Andre. As you can see I have posted my issue on several different forums in hopes to find someone much like yourself who would be willing to help me get through this problem I have been having. With your help I now have a work around which I will put to the test tonight. Thank you.

Thank you Mike, I will study the information you have provided to me.
