ich habe mir den Falcon 2 Pro 22W gebraucht zugelegt. Die Kamera wurde kalibriert, erreichte dabei allerdings schlechte Werte. Das Hauptproblem ist nun, dass der Laser nicht an der Stelle lasert, die ich in Lightburn markiert habe.
Die Schlitten sind meiner Meinung nach in Ordnung. Ich habe sie von Hand bewegt und nichts Auffälliges feststellen können. Deswegen vermute ich, dass es eventuell am Kalibriervorgang liegt.
Zu meinem Setup und bisherigen Vorgehen:
Ich nutze aktuell Lightburn Core 2.1.03.
Zum Kalibrieren der Linsen habe ich die “Apriltags”-Methode verwendet.
Bei der Arbeitsbereichsausrichtung habe ich es mit der automatischen und auch einmal mit der manuellen Ausrichtung probiert.
Zum genauen Fehlerbild: Ich habe eine Sperrholzplatte mit DIN-A4-Maßen in den Laser gelegt und sie mittig platziert. Der Laser fährt jedoch nicht einmal ansatzweise dorthin.
Wenn ich den Laserkopf per Hand bewege, startet er immer direkt von dieser neuen Position aus. Er fährt also jedes Mal woandershin, je nachdem, wo ich ihn vorher platziere. Der Laser findet seine Koordinaten scheinbar gar nicht mehr.
Hat jemand ein ähnliches Problem gehabt und könnte mir helfen? Am besten per Videocall, falls jemand die Zeit dafür hat. Das würde mich sehr freuen!

You should never move the laser module by hand. When you do, the controller is not aware it has moved and location information is lost. Only move the module with commands or by using the JOG controls.
When I move the laser head by hand, it always starts directly from that new position. In other words, it moves to a different spot each time, depending on where I placed it beforehand. It seems the laser can no longer find its coordinates at all.
Exactly. Your laser does not have resolvers for position feedback when you move it by hand.

You are mixing 2 different things together, I think.
Camera alignment has nothing to do with where your laser starts or stops or where it goes, it is likely your coordinate system settings / your homing position that is messing with you.
Suggestion, set your laser to the correct profile with the appropriate X,Y and home values and use absolute coordinates.
Another suggestion I have, once you have the machine working correctly again, do not use your hands to push the laser around, use the move function from the software or the machine. I often see people doing it this way in videos, but that does not make it any less wrong - my personal experience/opinion

Even when the laser is closed and I want to laser something, the laser cannot find its coordinates. When I assign coordinates to the laser and start from the home position, it still does not move to the desired location. Regardless of whether I move the laser head manually or not, it simply won’t travel to the correct coordinates. The only thing that works is that the laser finds the home position.
Perhaps absolute coordinates are selected, but I am not sure how to set the X and Y coordinates correctly. Is there a reset function or some other way to fix this? The offset is extremely large, and I am not exactly sure what to do since I am still a beginner.
Calibrating the lens works fine (bad score but it works). The issue is the next step, with marking the four points. I enter the dimensions in the program (for example, an A4 plywood board) and placed the board right in the middle of the workspace, but the laser doesn’t recognize it and moves somewhere completely different.
Then I tried a workaround: I placed the board exactly where the laser moved to. It engraved the four points there, and then I confirmed in LightBurn that these are my four coordinates.
However, right after that, I selected a specific spot in LightBurn where I wanted to engrave, but the laser once again moved to a completely different position, even though I had just defined the four coordinates.
I don’t understand what you mean. Does your machine work as it should without using a camera? i.e. does it home and move your laser head to the coordinates you ask it to?
No, it doesn’t work as it should, regardless of whether I use the camera or not. Homing works perfectly, but the machine ignores the coordinates i gave him and moves somewhere else
No, that won’t help. You need to get your coordinators in order before you start using the camera.
Try showing your machine settings, have you selected the correct units of measurement?
The profile that came with your machine, have you used this file for the setup?
