I see that you’re commenting in an xTool thread but your profile has Creality Falcon listed as your device type.
I’m going to move this into the GRBL section so we can get other sets of eyes on this concern.
We’re going to need a lot more information to understand what’s going on. If you followed set-up instructions from LightBurn or Creality it would be great if you could link those here.
Have you imported the Creality provided .lbdev file? Please also check the Com port (on the Laser panel, beside Devices). It may be defaulting to a different port than the laser is detected on. I have the CR-Falcon 10W and have had the same issue myself.
