Creality rotary wiring

Does anyone know what the wiring connections for the Creality rotary devices are? I have both the roller and chuck rotary device for my Gweike G2, and I do not want to buy another one for my Falcon. The ones I have use a USB plug to carry the four stepper motor wires. Creality do not give info on this…

You can find the pairs of your stepper windings by shorting the pairs of wires from the motor and turning the shaft. When you find a pair you will feel the resistance of the winding. It is quite pronounced. Using that method you can find both pairs of windings. Then you can randomly connect the four wires from the laser to the pairs. You will either get lucky or need to try again. Process of deduction should reveal what wires go to what pair. If you need the stepper to turn in the opposite direction simply reverse one pair.

Thanks for the input- I can find my windings with a multimeter. I was more interested in the pin-out connections for the Falcon, and what voltage they use. Yes, I could just poke about, I was just being lazy; if someone has already done it, it will save some time.

Actually, the system is fairly crude- found a video on plugging the rotary in, and it involves unplugging the Y axis stepper and using that cable. So the windings will be in the normal sequence. Will get around to trying it and publishing the adapter required…
