It seems that the create an array from selected objects and the circular option is now missing on the left side of my menu bar in Lightburn 1.4. Anyone understand how this can happen and how I can I can put/get it back?

The text looks right but the icons are too big and pushing stuff out of range of the monitor.
That’s not a full screenshot of the entire monitor, that’s only the left side. Nothing is squeezed out on the top or sides
I just wanted to show you that the array options, both of them, on the left or just not there.
My question is this. If I download the software and reinstall it and put in my license number, what about all recent project information. Does it disappear? How do I maintain recent project information if I download the software again and reinstall it?
If downloading the new beta version and updating to that version - will it maintain my recent project files?
You can reduce the size of these icons to allow more room for them to be drawn as expected.
Please pull this menu away from where it is currently docked to check that all options are displayed. Show us how you progress. 
ok I move them off to the side and I do see now the option to have multiple arrangements both circular and rectangular are there, but I can’t figure out how to put them back on the left. Attached to a screenshot. How do I put these back.?
You can grab and drag the toolbars back onto the sides and they will snap - or you can go to 'Window > Reset to Default Layout to get back to where you started.
There doesn’t appear to be any kind of a symbol or anything on the rectangular shapes that will let me drag it back. Your screenshot shows a little tiny icon like a + but mine doesn’t have any.

Drag to the left-side border, and you should see the UI change, showing that it is ready to drop to this new docking location.
