Drag and drop them on the edit window is the most simple. You can also use the upload icon
in the tool bar.
Size is limited to 4mb and new users are limited to the number they can post.
If size or other limits are beyond your needs, such as a long video, you can place them on a shared drive, such as google driver and just post a link…
