I’m not that familiar with INSCAPE, I hardly ever use this program. When the rulers have been imported, the import is usually viewed as a block or group. You have to break everything down into individual parts first, then you can manipulate each part individually (rotate, scale, slide…).
Possibly i just havn’t figured out how yet. Tried using the pointer to make a box to select it didn’t work though.
