Creating arc shaped banner item

Is there a way to create single line arcs and arc banner heads?
They would need to arc around a circle if possible.

How to bend a shape? (not bend text)

2 approachs I can suggest: Approximate the curve using an ellipse. Use an inset/outset to give it thickness. Then cut off the ends. When using the Edit Nodes tool you can directly bend a straight line. First select the line using the Edit Nodes tool. Then hover the mouse pointer over the line you want to bend.
